Team-teaching sessions that build your staff's confidence and skills in coding, robotics and STEM.

  • Study tours

Guided educational STEM tours for visiting student groups.

How it works

We build your school's own capability, not just deliver a session

Our team-teaching approach means AARAS leads delivery in the classroom at first, working alongside your teachers rather than around them. Over time, we hand the program to your staff so it keeps running on its own: a sustainable, self-sufficient STEM offering for your school, not an ongoing dependency on us.

Questions

Incursion FAQ

Quick answers about how AARAS incursions work, pricing, and year levels.

Do you run incursions outside Sydney?

Yes. While our after-school workshops run in Sydney, we deliver STEM incursions to schools right across Australia.

How much do incursions cost?

Incursions start from $5 per student per session, with pricing depending on program length and format. Contact us for a quote tailored to your school.

Do your programs align with the curriculum?

Yes. Our coding, robotics and STEM programs are built around the Australian Curriculum: Digital Technologies, with sessions specifically aligned to the NSW Technology Mandatory and Science and Technology K-6 syllabuses. For schools outside NSW, we adapt sessions to align with the equivalent local curriculum framework.

What year levels do you cater for?

We work with schools from Kindergarten through to Year 12.

Can you help us build our own STEM program instead of relying on you long-term?

Yes. Our team-teaching approach means we lead delivery in the classroom at first and hand the program to your staff over time. We've already delivered whole-school STEM incursions and professional development to schools across Sydney, reaching over 10,000 students that way alone. Staff augmentation options are also available if you'd like an AARAS educator embedded with your team.

Do you work with organisations other than schools?

Yes, we also work with libraries, early learning centres and vacation care programs.
