We request you to read the registration instructions below. We have just updated our registration system, so there may be some issues with it, we thank you for your patience. If you do encounter any issues, please email or ring us.
- Please complete the registration form below where you will provide your and your child’s details.
- Payment Options – You can choose to pay by bank transfer or by credit card. You will be provided with our bank details once the registration is confirmed and emailed as well. It can take up to 2-3 business days for the payment to be received and reconciled. A credit card surcharge is payable if choosing to pay by card.
- Registration Confirmation – If you pay by credit card, your registration is confirmed subject to our terms and conditions. If you pay by bank transfer, we will send you the confirmation in 2-3 business days. It is advisable to pay by the card if you are registering late.
- Creative Kids Voucher – All our programs are eligible for Creative Kids voucher. Please provide your Creative Kids Voucher Number and Student Date of Birth in the registration form.
- On registration, you will receive an acknowledgment from hello@welovestem.com.au email address. Please add this email address to your safe list as we will send future correspondence from this email address. Please check your junk mail folders if you do not receive this email in a few minutes after registration.
- All registrations are subject to the review and acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and Risk Acceptance.
