Why we use AI

To provide interactive, hyper-personalised learning material, weekly updates about your child's studies, and help with revising classroom topics.

What information is used

Only the parent's first name, the child's first name and the child's age. No birth dates, phone numbers or other identifying details are shared with AI tools.

Consent and transparency

Parents are told when they are interacting with an AI agent. Participation is optional.

Recording for quality

Conversations with AI agents may occasionally be recorded for quality assurance and training. Tell us if you would rather they were not. Recordings are deleted within 30 days.

Compliance

These guidelines are designed to meet the privacy, security and data protection requirements of Australian regulators, including the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner and the ACCC.
